I started surfing 41yrs ago and quickly fell in love with the ocean fast and then after a couple years asked for a surfboard.
In 1983 I ended up moving to Carlsbad and started doing contests every weekend not to mention having great mentors when
I was young. I did 20 yrs on the World Surf League at the highest level and a lot of that came down to being into fitness and health.
I have had multiple major surgeries over my career and I’ m always looking for an advantage to keep doing what I love.
